Maria McHale is the Governmental Affairs and Policy Director for East Tennessee REALTORS®, serving more than 6,800 members across the association’s 12-county footprint.

Maria has enjoyed a broad career and brings experience in manufacturing & supply chain compliance, retail product development, business strategy, branding and crisis communications to serve the association’s members. Maria lives in Knoxville, where she enjoys volunteering, supporting the local arts and exploring the Smoky Mountains with her husband, two daughters and two cats.
