During this session, TNWorks Executive Director Brooks Young will provide an overview of the initiative, share current workforce trends impacting Tennessee employers, and highlight resources available to help businesses recruit, train, and retain talent. Attendees will also learn how TNWorks is using data-driven strategies and cross-agency collaboration to better align workforce solutions with employer needs.
